Happy Villa was set up embracing the concept of sheltered housing. The residents from the lower income group are referred to the home by the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) and Community Development Council (CDC). Happy Villa serves as a 24-hour centre to organize activities, physiotherapy, medical checkups, meals and games for the poor and less fortunate elderly. We depend solely on public donations. Located at Tanjong Pagar Plaza, our centre is open to the female elderly. Our drop-in centre also welcomes members of the public and senior citizens from the community to interact with the residents.
