DaySpring Residential Treatment Centre (“DaySpring RTC”) provides a caring, safe and structured environment to help bring hope and healing to teenage girls who have suffered the trauma of abuse. At DaySpring, we understand that teenage girls who have experienced the trauma of abuse (physical, sexual, emotional or neglect) will struggle with complex emotional and behavioral issues. We aim to provide these hurting girls with a safe and loving environment where they can benefit from proven therapies that cater to their condition.

Our Centre is unique in providing a residential therapeutic treatment program within a small group home environment for up to 16 girls from the ages of 12 to 16. Each resident will engage in a live-in program of 12-18 months followed by a 6-month after-care programme. This after-care programme is our transition programme. While the main purpose of the residential therapeutic treatment programme is to provide therapy and treatment for complex trauma of abuse and help them learn to manage their symptoms and issues, the purpose of the transition programme is to prepare residents to be equipped for reunification with families and/or adjust to independent living. The centre provides this transition programme to a maximum number of 6 graduates. DaySpring RTC aims to become a model for culturally relevant, evidence based intervention for Asian youth at-risk. DaySpring RTC’s program is approved by Singapore’s Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF).
