The Chinese Development Assistance Council (CDAC) was set up by the Chinese community in 1992 as a non-profit self-help group to uplift the less privileged in the community. We offer programmes and assistance schemes to develop a cohesive and resilient community that strives for upward social mobility through self-help and mutual support.
华社自助理事会（华助会）是由新加坡华族社群为协助较弱势族群而于1992年发起成立的非盈利自助团体。华助会提供各项计划和援助，致力于创造一个自力更生、力争上游、互相扶持、团结与和谐的社群。
